Once an order is submitted, please note that it cannot be canceled or refunded, so we encourage customers to carefully review their order details before submitting.


Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless an error occurred on our part, in which case we allow exchanges or immediate repairs within 14 days, provided the returned product is undamaged and in its original condition.
